Matic Staking Guide
Matic on 15 December 2020 opened staking for community validators. The community can now start staking on community validators and select from their preferred community validators. This is an important step as it makes the Matic network more decentralized and the network concensus is performed by community validators.
This is a quick guide on how to delegate to Staking4All validator. We will be offering our stakers 0% commission charge for two months. That means 100% of the rewards go to our stakers for the first 2 months. After that we will change it to a very low and competitive fee.
Step 1
Navigate to matic staking website 👉🏻 https://wallet.matic.network/staking/ , ensure you have logged on with Metamask with a wallet that has Matic. Once logged on you should see your Metamask account on the top right
Step 2
Then navigate through the available validators and click “delegate” button for the validator you would like to support with a delegation. Below is Staking4All validator and would appreciate the support.
Step 3
You can then select the amount of Matic you would like to delegate. Then click “Delegate Now”
Metamask will ask you to confirm the transaction. It usually has two confirmations within Matic. Confirm as needed. Due to eth congestion it could be quick or long. Wait as needed.
You should get a success message as the below.
Step 4
You can navigate to “My Delegator Details” to see your total stake.
